About me

Specialist recruitment and interim management expertise

For more than a decade, I have specialised in Procurement and Supply Chain recruitment and interim management. During that time, I have completed more than 120 successful placements, conducted over 1 500 candidate interviews and held more than 250 meetings with hiring leaders across the field.

My experience includes Michael Page, a leading international recruitment firm, and ValueOne, a Swedish specialist recruitment and interim management firm. This background has given me a deep understanding of the market, employer expectations and the conditions required for a successful appointment.

I focus on mid- to senior-level recruitment—typically roles requiring three or more years of experience. My approach combines targeted search, competency-based interviews and scientifically grounded assessment tools. Each professional is assessed objectively against the responsibilities, context and success criteria of the specific role.

Every assignment is different, so I tailor the search and assessment process to each client’s requirements. My aim is to act as a reliable, credible and flexible external business partner—providing candidates with a fair and transparent experience while helping employers make well-informed hiring decisions.

Whether you are open to a future career conversation, looking for an interim assignment or seeking to strengthen your team, I would be pleased to hear from you.

How I work

Talent Supply is deliberately a one-person consultancy. The person who takes your brief is the person who maps the market, makes the approaches, runs the interviews and calls you after the placement has started.

For professionals, that means one confidential relationship rather than a rotating set of consultants, and a conversation that continues whether or not you are looking right now.
