Tool
Give your AI tools the context they're missing.
Most AI output is generic because the AI knows nothing about your organisation. Work through this configurator with your team — 30 to 60 minutes — and export a context file. Upload it to Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or any AI tool your company uses. Every answer the AI gives afterwards will be grounded in your reality: your categories, your systems, your rules, your language. Context is also the best defence against hallucinations — the AI stops guessing when it knows the facts.
- 1
Answer the questions (skip anything that doesn't apply)
- 2
Export your context file (Markdown, TXT, or copy)
- 3
Upload it to your AI tool and reference it in every conversation
How this works — and what to do when you don’t know an answer
- What this produces
- A structured questionnaire that produces one file describing your organisation. You upload that file to an AI tool so its answers reflect your business instead of generic industry defaults.
- Skipping questions
- Every question is optional except organisation name. Unanswered questions are left out of the export entirely — a shorter accurate file beats a longer guessed one.
- Who answers
- Most questions are answerable by a procurement leader. Parts on technology, compliance and ESG are usually faster with input from IT, Legal and the sustainability owner.
- Time needed
- 30–60 minutes for a first version. Teams typically split it across two sessions.
- Privacy
- Answers are stored in your browser only. Nothing is sent to a server.
1. Organisation context
Who the business is and how it makes money. Without this anchor, AI output drifts into generic templates.
